Immediately, the Android 2.3 Gingerbread will be blessed on another phone from different manufacturer. If previously the Google’s latest operating system has hit some of devices from HTC, Motorola and the Samsung’s Galaxy S lineup, now is Samsung Spica i5700’s turn to get updated.
Please remember that this is an alpha release, you have to take any responsibilities if your phone got brick.
The customized ROM was built you by one of Samroid forum member. Some functionality like Audio, voice, data and SD card are still unstable so far. Don’t try to run GPS camera, Wi-Fi and sensors once the installation has completed, unfortunately those features could not be ran. However, this customized ROM is able to display the Gingerbread interface properly.
