Live photos of the upcoming BlackBerry Bold Touch have just popped out. The photos show that RIM has really given the touch atmosphere on this Bold device. The photos deliver the existence of touchscreen-bar with QWERTY keyboard reveal a carbon back panel. This BlackBerry smartphone was first heard back in January with some specification details afterwards.
The specification details shows a very impressing performance and some of them are actually has already been confirmed such as the 2.8″ VGA touchscreen and the BlackBerry OS 6.1. this new OS version offering improved user interface and performance as well as adding some new features like digital compass, NFC and many more.
This BlackBerry that has other name Dakota or Montana is equipped with 5 megapixel camera, 8GB internal storage, an accelerometer and a proximity sensor. As reported before, this BlackBerry Bold Touch is more powerful than the Torch in term of touch experience. Sitting at the top of the line, this phone comes with top design and builds material such as an all metal frame and a carbon battery cover. Though it is not yet confirmed this BlackBerry Bold Touch is only 10.5mm thick.
The leak also shows that the phone will have the dual mode connectivity GSM and CDMA 2G and 3G. This phone also equipped by 1.2GHz processor as the leaked says. Though some of the features have not been confirmed yet, it is still good to know that RIM has made a new powerful BlackBerry smartphone.
