Google Kicked Out Malwares from Android Market

Fear no more Android user, because Google has recently removed malware on Android Market that attacks Android users for the past weeks. A number of malware called “Droid Dream” attacks devices with Android 2.2.1 version or lower, so Gingerbread or Honeycomb user may feel safe. Not only removing from Android Market, Google later will applying some kind of kill switch that will remotely remove the malware from any device installed.

This kill switch is yet very useful to overcome further malware attacks. The Droid Dream malware attacks with sending user’s device information to a remote server at the beginning, then the most dangerous attack will allow the application to download additional code without confirming. So the device infected with this malware will be able to send and receive data without the user noticing.

Nevertheless, now that the malwares are removed from the Market and Google promised that they would minimize these kinds of disturbances in the future. Well, a great Market comes with great problems; we are hoping that Google will do their best to provide secureness in their Android Market.
