Step by step guide to install Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone dialer on Samsung Epic 4G Touch:
1. First of all, you need to make sure that you have root on your phone along with ClockworkMod Recovery installed.
2. If you have gained root access of your Epic 4G Touch, the second step is downloading the ICS dialer CWM flashable package from here and save it on your phone’s SD Card.
3. After this, you have to download ES File Explorer from Market.

7. The next step is exit file explorer and use ROM Manager to reboot your device in ClockworKMod Recovery.
8. When you have arrived in recovery, use Install Zip from SD Card option to flash / install ICS Contacts Dialer zip file.
9. Reboot your device once the installation process has completed.
