The file you have to remove for uninstalling the application is the .apk files, don’t delete any file other than those files.
To proceed the system application removal, you need a root access file browser installed on your Android phone. Either free application of the paid one can be used for continuing the removal. On the market, both applications can be found. For those who want to use the paid application that is called with Root Explorer need to pay $3.95 to get this application while the free application which is called with Super Manager can be found on the market. Once the application has been installed, launch it, bring up its menu and tap ‘Setup’. Enable ROOT function by checking it and allow the superuser privileges when prompted. Now you have a Root Explorer.
Once you have the Root Explorer, simply browse to /system/app using Root Explorer or Super Manager. To uninstall the application, just delete the apk files then your unwanted application will be disappeared. Choose R/W for read and write access since if you are using Super Manager, you will be asked for the access level you want when you open /system.
