Seems like the iPhone 4 Antenna issue just won’t go away, complains keep coming in and result in consumer dissatisfactory. It is not a secret that every phone has its death grip, that if user hold it in such ways or in particular places that block the phone signal to drop and even gone.
Apparently, Apple does not try to fix it in anyway that prevent this problem. As you know that Verizon has launch its iPhone 4 CDMA version and yes you are right, it has the same antenna problem like the GSM version. This issue has been confirmed with a 7 minutes video published on iLounge.
The video shows that when the Verizon CDMA iPhone 4 held in the same manner as the iPhone 4 GSM death grip, it shows the same symptoms. The signal just dropped when the user held and cover the famous bottom left spot of the Verizon’s iPhone 4.
How could this be happening? Actually it is not surprising, since the CDMA version is exactly the same phone only with different network. Why Apple decided not to fix it? No answer can be gained, but surely Apple has its own strategy.
