Motorola has sent their three new handsets to the Brazilian market recently. Those three Motorola new handsets are the TIM’s exclusive QWERTY bars MOTOKEY XT EX118 and MOTOKEY Mini EX108 plus the dual-SIM WX294. Read on this article to find the detail of what the Motorola trio offer to their Brazilian future owners.
For the first couple of Motorola’s QWERTY bar handsets, MOTOKEY XT EX118 and MOTOKEY Mini EX108 are available only through the carrier. The future owners can have one of those phones by purchasing them on one-year contracts or with pay-as-the customer-go plans on the carrier TIM.
MOTOKEY XT EX118 is the most powerful device among the other two Motorola’s handsets with bringing a 2.4-inch capacitive QVGA touchscreen, a 3 megapixel camera, FM radio, a five-row portrait QWERTY keyboard and a microSD card slot. If you buy this phone on a pay-as-you-go plan, it is tagged at R$336 or around €150.
Meanwhile, MOTOKEY EX108 is tagged at R$252 or around €113 on a pay-as-you-go plan. As a cheaper version of the EX118 model, this handset boasts a mere 2-inch non-touch display of 220 x 176 pixels resolution, a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio and a microSD slot with 2GB pre-installed card.
For the last phone of Motorola’s handsets for Brazilian market, Motorola released non carrier exclusive that is available everywhere in Brazil, the WX294. For this phone, Motorola blesses some specifications such as is a dual-SIM, dual stand-by candybar with an 1.8-inch display with 128 x 160 pixels resolution, a VGA camera with LED flash, FM radio and microSD slot with 2GB bundled card. The dual-SIM WX294 is tagged at R$249 €111.
Those three handsets are available exclusively in Brazil, so the chance to be released outside of Brazil is nearly impossible. Anyway, we can still hope that Motorola would release the other version of those three handsets for global market.
