Playing With Motorola DROID 2′s Wi-Fi Connection

Motorola DROID 2, a cellphone that provides its users a Wi-Fi facility to connect to the internet. For the users of DROID 2, don’t worry you will never face any difficulty while playing with the connection through this Motorola handset.

Actually, DROID 2’s Wi-Fi will automatically search a Wi-Fi network near you. Select the network you want to connect, enter the password if it is called and that’s it, you’re set up.

However, if you are the first timer for setting up the Wi-Fi connections on Motorola DROID 2, please thoroughly read and follow the steps below.

1. Access the Wi-Fi settings menu by navigating to the Wireless & networks menu
2. Select Wi-Fi settings
3. Choose a listed network, or add a hidden network by selecting Add Wi-Fi network
4. If you choose one of the listed networks and it’s secured, enter the password, press Connect and you’ll be connected to that network
5. If you wish to access a hidden network, select Add Wi-Fi network and enter the SSID
6. If a password is required, you’ll be prompted to enter this before connecting

Note: If you’re attempting to access a network-based page or app, you may be required to set up a new Wi-Fi connection. When prompted, select the option to set up a new connection.

You may turn the Wi-Fi on by ticking the box in the Wireless & networks menu if the Wi-Fi is already turned off.
