Samsung Infuse 4G will Sport an Amazing 4.5” Super AMOLED Plus Touchscreen

Comes with larger display and Faster CPU than it’s predecessor Samsung Captivate, the Samsung i997 Infuse 4G popped out on the CES event with the announcement. This 4.5” screen Samsung smartphone will run with AT&T network.

Impressively the screen of the device is not just bigger but it also conduct a new super AMOLED technology that should have greater display quality than the known super AMOLED. Samsung called this display technology as super AMOLED Plus. This technology will eliminate the pantile matrix in RGB sub-pixel layout that will improve the screens outdoor visibility as well as the contrast.

A faster CPU clocked at 1.2GHz also attached to the Infuse 4G. This Hummingbird CPU will serve the Android 2.2 Froyo running in the system. We don’t quite know why Samsung chose Android 2.2 Froyo instead of the new Android 2.3 Gingerbread, but we think that there would soon be an update.

This phone sport an 8MP camera at the back as well as 1.3 MP front facing video chat camera. So far the one that is certain is that the device boosting the HSPA+ network connection, but more information would be gained shortly.
