The tweaked build.prop for Infuse 4G is meant to optimize the 4G connectivity of the device. However, in order to get this tweaked on your device, first you need to make sure that you have gained the root access of your Infuse 4G. In case you are not familiar with Build.Prop file, it is basically the build properties file of your device that is used for various purposes. Inside of this file there are discreet instructions for the device to operate and also there is a chance for the device to tinker with certain lines of code to change LCD density, configure Dalvik VM Heap Size, modify camera properties, and optimize network performance etc. Read on this article to learn how to increase 4G connectivity on your Infuse 4G.
There are few instructions to be added to your Infuse 4G’s build.prop in order to let the workaround increase the 4G connectivity of your device. 1. First of all, you need to make sure that you have gained the root access of your phone. If you have not gained the root access of your Infuse 4G, it is recommended for you to get root of your phone as the method requires it.
2. When the rooting has been done, the next stop will require you to download ES File Explorer from Market and install it on your phone.
3. Once you have installed the ES File Manager on your phone, then you need tap to launch the app then press menu > settings and enable Root Explorer along with Mount System option.
4. After this, press the back button for app’s main screen and then tap on small SD Card image on top left corner to of the screen to navigate to root.
5. Now on this screen, scroll down and select “System” folder.
6. Once you have arrived in System folder, locate Buil.Prop file.
7. After Build.Prop file have been figured out, long press the file icon and select Open with ES Note Editor.
8. Now enter the following commands exactly as they are in build.prop opened already in ES Note Editor:

Once you have added the mentioned lines in Build.prop, then the next step is rebooting your phone.
