Androidcentral.com got their hands on HTC Aria for quite a while now, and the dis some benchmark test on it. This AT&T’s second Android phone running with 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor. You must be wondering why they bother benchmarking this kind of outdated phone that has less than a 1GHz processor, but first you must remember that HTC Aria only has 3.2-inch screen that not required larger power processor as in larger phone. In this test, Droid X has the highest resolution of all these phones, and the Aria is the lowest. So the Aria has a lot less pixels to render.
HTC Aria even snappier than Evo 4G and Nexus One when it comes to jumping around the UI, though some lagging in few games they play. Besides that HTC are All around fast, but i know that you will overlooked at it because the absent of GHz processor, right? Now, let’s cut the chase to the benchmark tests shall we?
