Both iOS 4 and iPhone 4 are having some modifications. The technology and the hardware are more advance than its previous type and version.

iOS 4 in the Apple’s smartphone latest product provides a new home screen. This home screen also provides some new abilities such as new dock graphic, create folders and setting wallpaper. Apple still give the users an option to make a website shortcuts to their home screens even there are some changes with  home screen.

Here it is the instructions to make a website shortcuts:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Navigate to the website you want to add to your home screen.
  3. Press the ‘+’ icon.
  4. Select ‘Add to home screen’.

You can also move the shortcut once it has been added to the home screen by pressing the shortcut, hold it then drag it wherever you want it to be appeared and tap the home key to set it in position.

  • Now, select Turn Passcode On.
  • Enter a four-digit passcode, or an alphanumeric passcode of any length.
  • Re-type your passcode to confirm.
  • Set Require Passcode to the desired time — this will be the amount of idle time before your iPhone will require you to enter the passcode.
