Considered as new promising mobile operating systems, the new Windows Mobile version Windows Phone 7 has made some distinct move over the past weeks. The statistics published on WindowsPhoneAppList.com shows that the Windows Phone 7 has just hit 13,000 application milestone on the Marketplace. It means that 1,000 of applications have been added in 10 days after they hit 12,000 milestone.

Reuters reported that Nokia CEO Stephen Elop has confirmed that Nokia is in the process to developed it’s first Windows Phone 7-based device. He said that “We’re right now, today, having people work on the first Windows Phone devices,” This action is following the deal Nokia and Microsoft made on earlier this year and announced officially on Febuary last month.

A small update for WP7 is going to be available soon, though it is a mini update but apparently it brought something essential on board. If you are ready aware that WP7 do not have the copy and paste function, then you would be happy knowing that this WP7 update will add the copy and paste feature. Coming on this month, let’s just hope that Microsoft has learned from the first update issue.
