Sprint will launch Samsung Intercept on 11th of July. The phone will run on Android 2.1 Eclair with 3.2” touchscreen and probably has 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Accommodating 3.2 megapixel camera, this smartphone also has 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS connection and a slide side QWERTY keyboard.
Sprint priced this device as low as $99 on a two year contract, for this price you can ask much for recent feature. If it is true that the screen resolution will be that sharp then it would be great. It is not ground breaking though, but it is not bad for a rather budget smartphone.
