The Announced Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play will be launched on April 2011 on all carriers across UK. In addition, a special white XPERIA Play edition will only be launched on one UK carrier that is O2 UK. This information has been gained from O2 official tweet.
Along with the information, O2 also include couple of product photos of the white Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play sitting on a DK300 white dock that was also displayed on the MWC last week. However, there are no words yet concerning the price of the DK300 dock.
As seen from the MWC showdown, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play is great playing some games with great performance and the comfort of a PSP-like joystick. However, on the product pictures published by O2, there are no pictures that snap the looks of the white version joystick. Nevertheless, we guess there are no changes on the software performance as well as hardware, since the O2 UK yet only reveal very small details of the Sony Ericsson Android smartphone.
